Two Ontario match officials promoted to National List 2016
15.03Referee Pierre Acouri and assistant referee Sean Hornsby were recently accepted by the CSA on the 2016 National List of Match Officials.
To get to this stage, both had to pass a fitness test at the National level, be shortlisted for review by the CSA, selected to attend the U-18 Club Championships and then have all their assessments reviewed by the CSA Referees Committee as the final selection step. Now they have to meet the fitness and education requirements in January and February 2016 as a part of completing the process.
