Following an agreement that started two years ago, the French Referees Committee invited again a match official from Quebec to the summer training camp of the French referees at Clairefontaine. This year, Lyes Arfa (photo), national assistant referee, attended the course for referees and assistant referees from the French second division. 

After the last day of the course, he went to Normandy to referee, along with Laurent Quievreux and Mohamed Akbar, a friendly match between the clubs Le Havre and FC Paris.
